I am so excited about my fitness journey. Its difficult to make time to work out as a mother and wife so I only get a small window during the day to get it done. My workout consists of 20 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weight training 4 - 5 days per week. I only recommend weights if you are working with a professional trainer or a partner that has had weight training.

Getting into the mindset to work out can be tough. No energy? I know, I've been there. But once you start you will find that it gives you more energy. As you get further into your routines you will find that your body begins to look forward to the workout. Best wishes to you as you get started.
