5 day meal for family/kids(lunch or dinner)

 

Ingredients:

  • 2x chicken broth 32oz
  • Teaspoon of oregano
  • Tablespoon of sweet basil
  • 2 Bey leaves
  • 1.5 carrots ( chopped as you please )
  • 1/4 Green bell pepper ( Diced )
  • 1/4 Red bell pepper ( Diced )
  • Large onion ( Diced )
  • 1/3 Teaspoon of jalepeno ( Finely Diced ) - Note: This will not make it spicy. Just for hidden flavoring.
  • 2 Sticks of celery cut and diced
  • 2 fresh garlic cloves ( Finely Minced )
  • Tablespoon of fresh parsely ( Finely Cut )
  • Tablespoon of garlic salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons of honey
  • 1/3 Tablespoon of malted vinegar
  • Olive Oil

 

USE ALL ORGANIC INGREDIENTS

Cooking Directions:

Simmer broth in large pot (add bey leaves, honey, vinegar, jalepeno, parsley, garlic salt, pepper, oregano, basil). While doing so, sautee' (3 tablespoons of olive oil) all fresh vegetables in skillet on medium for about 3-5min. Add vegatables to pot with broth. Simmer for about 10min.

Cook your choice of (rice, noodles,etc). Cook them 2/3rds of the way, then strain them and rinse off all excess starch. Add them to the Pot and simmer until noodles or rice is done.
