5 day snack for you and the family
Ingredients:
- 8 medium or small roma tomatoes cut into small cubes
- 2x3 average size onions diced medium small pcs
- tablespoon of finely diced jalepenos
- 1/4 cup of finely diced fresh garlic
- add sea salt ( taste as you add at the very end to your liking)
- 1 freshly squeezed lime
- 1/4 cup freshly chopped cilantro
