5 day snack for you and the family

 

Ingredients:

  • 8 medium or small roma tomatoes cut into small cubes
  • 2x3 average size onions diced medium small pcs
  • tablespoon of finely diced jalepenos
  • 1/4 cup of finely diced fresh garlic
  • add sea salt ( taste as you add at the very end to your liking)
  • 1 freshly squeezed lime
  • 1/4 cup freshly chopped cilantro

 

Note: Enjoy with your favorite low sodium organic chips or whole wheat wraps.
